Glamorgan Woodturners have been running for several years, with members ranging from teenagers to those who were teenagers many decades ago. and both males and females make up the membership.

Skill levels of the membership also vary. Whilst some members are new to the art of woodturning, others have been woodturning since before the days of electricity!! The one thing that does happen - the more experienced help the less experienced and pass their skill onto the rookies.
